At My Little Bum, we want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. If something isn't quite right, we offer a clear and simple return process to resolve it quickly and fairly.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and included accessories.
Our support team is available to help you throughout the return process.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Responsibility
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. This includes products that are faulty, damaged during delivery, or not as described.
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, chose the wrong item, or for sizing reasons, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Any original shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@mylittlebum.com and include your order number and the reason for your request.
Items should be securely repackaged in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
Once your return request has been approved, our support team will send you the return address and instructions for sending the item back. Returns must be shipped using a tracked postal service. My Little Bum does not provide return labels; arranging the return shipment is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
After your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets the return requirements.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
